Lead Systems Integrator

• →Lead team of systems and electrical engineers in behavior modeling and requirements decomposition for system, sub-system, and software design
• →Drive integrated solutions and advocate for quality and consistency across the overall ground system design
• →Work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for Ground Systems
• →Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to document designs and provide traceability to project requirements
• →Partner with solution leads to develop and own execution plans to program milestones
• →Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
• →Collaborate with engineering teams that have significant interdependencies with ground systems

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with defining system architecture and requirements or verification and validation activities

• Experience leading an engineering team
• Experience working on proprietary programs
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as CAMEO or similar Systems Modeling Language (SysML)-compatible tool for systems architecture and model development
• Experience with Mission Systems architectures and Open Missions Systems (OMS) and/or Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Summary pay range: $136,850 – $185,150
