Responsibilities

- →Leads, develops and motivates employees
- →Manages employees performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
- →Supports the development and execution of integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives
- →Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- →Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- →Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Requirements
~1 min read- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment
- Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime
- Experience in leading large scale / organizational change
- Boeing Problem Solving Model Experience
- 3+ years of experience in leadership, leading teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams
- 3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost
