Mid-level Business Process Analyst

• →Facilitate cross-functional teams
• →Lead structured process/product meetings; prepare materials and communicate outcomes
• →Gather, analyze, and document requirements from process owners
• →Apply basic process, data, and application/system architecture principles
• →Influence and negotiate change; act as a change agent
• →Support strategic planning: research procedures, model workshops, and integrate initiatives
• →Plan/schedule work and contribute to programs, projects, and implementations
• →Estimate tasks and perform cost–benefit analysis
• →Coordinate reviews, assessments, and audits of process documentation as needed
• →Help develop process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools; support architectural compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 3 years’ experience in project management methodologies and lean process principles
• 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
• 3 years’ experience in business professional written and oral communication.
• Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and quick to adapt to change
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Experienced in managing stakeholder engagement by cultivating strong relationships and building trust
• Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

• 2 years’ experience in a role that required business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity
• Proficient in creating and delivering executive-level presentations and reports to senior leadership
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• 2 years’ experience with data synthesis and reporting
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
