Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3)

The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.

• →Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc
• →Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries
• →Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes
• →Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes
• →Supports business unit level operating plans
• →Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives
• →Performs production proposal activities
• →Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts
• →Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency
• →Works under general supervision

• 3+ years’ experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
• 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
• 1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Previous experience with the F-15 program
• Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

This role will for variable shift. Applicant must be able to work any shift as assigned.

Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050 USD
