P-8/E-7 IP&S Senior Manager

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Manager (Level M) to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington.

• →Manages employees and mid-level managers develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion.
• →Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• →Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• →Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• →Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• →Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers

This position is for 1st shift.

• 10+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
• 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional team

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
