Procurement Agent (Procurement Agent-General)

Boeing is seeking someone preferably with procurement experience to join the team as a Procurement Agent who will be able to:

• →Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions for products and services.
• →Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• →Engage stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• →Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
• →Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• →Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
• →Mitigate risks and issues.
• →Gathers data for supplier performance improvement opportunities.
• →Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency
• Experience preferable in supporting contract terms and conditions development, negotiations and raising contracts
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role.
