The Boeing Company is hiring for a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer (Electrical Systems Design) located in Hazelwood, MO
- Effectively work on a diverse team that partners with customers both internal to Boeing as well as external
- A willingness to learn. We’re a team with lots of domain experts to learn from. You will also interact with engineers in multiple disciplines outside of electrical engineering
- Apply general knowledge of electronic/electrical systems or subsystems and components including operating principles, design variables, performance, and key interfaces
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leads work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements
- →Leads and coordinates work to analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
- →Leads work to test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
- →Oversees the team that monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
- →Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
- →Researches technology advances for potential application to company business needs
- →Makes recommendations for technology investments
- A final Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- Level 4 (Senior): 9+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s or 7+ years of work-related experience with Masters or 4+ years with a PhD
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent
- Active Secret Clearance or higher (Active within last two years)
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
