Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Staff Analyst to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
- →Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- →Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- → Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- →Delivers informational or technical materials.
- →Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- →Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- →Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- →Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- →Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
- →Develops and deploys localized training content.
Requirements
~1 min read- More than 5 years of experience in Microsoft tools (Word, Power Point, Excel) to manage and document project status and reports
- More than 5 years of experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
- More than 5 years of experience in planning, organizing, facilitating and/or executing large-scale meetings and events
- More than 5 years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary Education
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
