Working Student (m/f/d) – SAP S/4HANA Stabilization & FPY Improvement

• →Contribute to SAP S/4HANA stabilization projects, with a focus on First Pass Yield (FPY) improvement in Germany.
• →Take ownership of smaller projects and initiatives, such as introducing 5S and implementing quick wins—particularly those identified through the Continuous Improvement (CI) process.
• →Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to identify actionable improvements.
• →Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• →Support the implementation and tracking of process improvement measures.

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, production engineering, or a related field.

• Fluent German and English language skills.

• Strong motivation and commitment.
• Solid numerical skills and an interest in data analysis.
• A basic understanding of logistics processes and continuous improvement methods.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• We welcome some basic knowledge of SQL or Smartsheet.
• A team-oriented mindset, with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.

This position will have up to 20 weekly working hours.
