About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Veterinarian – Dentistry at Bond Vet, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental and oral diseases in animals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and well-being of our patients. If interested, you’ll have the opportunity to play a training and leadership role amongst our veterinarians.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
- →Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including periodontal disease, dental fractures, oral tumors, and malocclusions.
- →Conduct dental procedures such as cleanings, extractions, and oral surgeries.
- →Educate pet owners on the importance of dental health and preventive care.
- →Collaborate with the veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. (Option to play a role in dental prophylaxis and oral surgery training of our clinicians.)
- →Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
The base salary will fall between $170,000-$200,000 Depending on experience annually with increase for weekend shifts. This role will be assigned to administrative days and in-clinic days between our Boston locations.
What We Offer
~1 min read- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- 3-5+ years of veterinary dentistry experience preferred
- Board certification or eligibility is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
