Bookmans Entertainment Exchange has been serving Arizona communities for nearly 50 years. Responsible for preparing and serving café beverages and food items while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate customer service. Duties include taking and processing orders through the POS system, handling payments, maintaining product quality & presentation, and ensuring proper food safety & sanitation standards are met. This position also involves stocking supplies, keeping service & display areas clean & organized, explaining menu items, assisting customers with purchasing decisions, etc. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

• Experience as a barista preferred but not required

• Requires previous cash handling experience

• Requires basic math & counting skills

• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

• Complete Food Handling Certification as required

• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
