Responsibilities
~1 min read• Directly supervise the Department Leads, MODS and Departmental Staff: communicate performance expectations, train to expectations, provide feedback, evaluate/review performance, recognize and address performance achievements and areas for improvement.
• Create and monitor daily store staffing schedules, punctuality and attendance.
• Administer staff vacation schedules.
• Anticipate and respond to customer needs.
• Advance quality and efficiency in all aspects of store operations and personnel performance.
• Administer employee corrective actions according to established policies and procedures.
• Lead and model expected standards of floor supervision for Managers on Duty.
• Monitor buying, processing, and sales systems.
• Monitor store/merchandise presentation.
• Back up the duties of the Store Manager and Operations Manager in their absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and President.

The successful candidate will have strong proactive problem-solving skills and be able to mediate disagreements, de-escalate situations and always provide excellent customer service. Must be a discreet, approachable, and dependable individual who has excellent customer service skills and can handle difficult customer interactions.
