This is more than a typical contact centre role — it’s an opportunity to support customers in a medical environment where empathy, accuracy, and professionalism are key. You will be engaging with customers who require clear information, reassurance, and efficient service, while working within a supportive and performance‑driven team operating on UK hours. If customer care is your strength and chat support is your comfort zone, this could be the next step in your career. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality customer service within a medical environment Handle customer queries via live chat and other communication channels Deliver accurate information while maintaining a calm and professional approach Ensure excellent service standards are met consistently Escalate queries where required, following internal processes Requirements Matric (essential) Minimum of 3 years contact centre experience Proven chat support experience (non‑negotiable) Strong written and verbal communication skills A customer‑centric and empathetic approach Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00 Benefits Opportunity to work in a purpose‑driven medical environment Supportive team culture Modern working environment based at Wynberg Mews Career growth and development opportunities
