Borusan Pipe U.S. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help transform financial and operational data into actionable business decisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, manufacturing finance, inventory, and executive reporting while partnering with leaders across the business.

✔ Analyze financial and operational performance
✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
✔ Build financial models and management reports
✔ Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
✔ Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders
✔ Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to generate deeper business insights and improve decision-making

✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
✅ New graduate or 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or analytics
✅ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
✅ Curiosity about AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging finance technologies
✅ Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow

This isn't a back-office finance role. You'll gain exposure to executive leadership, manufacturing operations, and real-world business decisions while developing skills that will accelerate your career in finance, FP&A, and analytics.
