A growing Christian, mission-driven organization is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help lead its marketing, communications, storytelling, and community engagement efforts.
This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys wearing multiple hats, connecting with people, and using their skills to support a faith-based mission.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives that support the organization's mission and goals.
- →Manage social media content, scheduling, engagement, and growth.
- →Create compelling content for social media, email newsletters, website, print materials, and campaigns.
- →Manage email marketing and communications with donors, volunteers, supporters, and community partners.
- →Maintain and update website content while applying basic SEO best practices.
- →Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling across communications.
- →Capture and share stories, photos, testimonials, and other content that demonstrate the organization's impact.
- →Support marketing and communications for events, fundraisers, community outreach, and special initiatives.
- →Track basic marketing, social media, website, and email performance.
- →Work closely with leadership and team members to identify and communicate stories and opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media, email marketing, content creation, and website management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
- Nonprofit, ministry, church, or community-focused experience is a plus.
- A genuine alignment with the organization's Christian faith and mission.
- 25–30 hours per week
- Some evening and weekend availability may be required for events, fundraisers, community outreach, and other special initiatives.
- Schedule can vary based on organizational and event needs.
You're a hands-on marketer and strong communicator who can develop an idea and then execute it. You enjoy storytelling, social media, content creation, and connecting people to a mission.
