Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- →Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
- →Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- →Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
- →Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- →Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- →Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
- →High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- →Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- →Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- →Availability during after-school hours.
