CDL A Local Driver - Council Bluffs

Our drivers operate in a structured environment with assigned regional routes and routine customers, delivering low-touch freight to our trusted dealer partners. You'll enjoy the freedom of the road while still being home every night.

This position gives you the chance to earn monthly bonuses based on performance. Your measurement goals include:

• Pass clean roadside inspections (or D.O.T. inspections)
• Be accident free
• Accurate delivery pictures and signatures

• →Assist customers with taking pictures and getting signatures to complete delivery
• →Log information daily of the trips and weight of load
• →Clean your truck and equipment to keep in good working order
• →Be aware of road conditions and traffic for safe trips

• A valid Class-A CDL license is required
• Understand safety requirements in every stage of your day
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Climb in and out of a semi-tractor/trailer up to 20 times a day
• Requires full use of arms and shoulders to open the trailer curtains
