As a Managed Services NetSuite Consultant, you will lead and understand a client’s subscription terminology, gather requirements, configure, test, and walk the client through end-to-end processes and train end users. Industry experience in the software and services verticals are preferred. With 17 different office locations, BPM serves emerging and mid-cap businesses as well as high-net-worth individuals in a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, life science, manufacturing, food, wine and craft brewing, automotive, nonprofits, real estate and construction. The Firm’s International Tax Practice is one of the largest on the West Coast and its well-recognized SEC practice serves approximately 35 public reporting companies, mostly in the technology industry.

Provide support and subject matter expertise to users, company employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers.

Lead report writing and analytics efforts for clients.

Lead data and/or related systems integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite.

Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.

Perform hands-on coding work on projects.

Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.

Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.

Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.

Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers, and executives.

Assist in the maintenance of our integrated platform testing application.

Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience.

Hands-on SuiteScript experience to provide back-end customization.

Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management.

Ability to do independent technical work and attention to details.

Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.

Certified NetSuite Developer preferred.

Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.

Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes

At least 6-9 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required.

Experience generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite

The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.

Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x) with hands-on experience in developing Client, User Event (beforeLoad, beforeSubmit, afterSubmit), Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Portlet, and Mass Update scripts, including script governance optimization and performance tuning.

Experience building integrations using RESTlets and SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), with strong knowledge of NetSuite REST Web Services (schema, pagination, authentication), OAuth/token-based authentication, and secure integrations with external systems (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, 3PL, etc.)

Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform (e.g., Boomi or Celigo), including building and orchestrating integrations, managing Atoms, data mapping, error handling, and NetSuite connector usage.

Experience customizing and managing Integrator.io flows, including building real-time and scheduled NetSuite data integrations.

Using native NetSuite integration tools, JSON/XML handling, and orchestration

Strong understanding of NetSuite SDLC, managing deployments across Sandbox–Dev–Test–Production environments, with hands-on experience in SDF and Git-based source control (GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab).

Experience with SuiteAnalytics Connect (JDBC/ODBC) for external reporting and automation of CSV imports using SuiteScript, RESTlets, or integrations.

Experience building advanced FreeMarker PDF templates, designing custom forms and UI enhancements, and developing dashboards and custom portlets.

Experience with SuiteCloud IDE, developer tools (VS Code, WebStorm, Postman, Fiddler), and managing multiple NetSuite accounts and sandboxes.

Certifications like NetSuite SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, Boomi or Celigo integration certifications, NetSuite ERP Consultant are highly valuable.
