We are seeking a Global Product Manager, who is accountable for the full product lifecycle strategy, long-term market competitiveness, and overall P&L health of our Industrial Benchtop Label Printing portfolio from cradle-to-grave. Operating at the intersection of market strategy, technology, and finance, this Global Product Manager uncovers universal customer problems and establishes multi-year new product roadmaps that drive sustainable competitive advantage.

  • Market Strategy & Research: Uncover critical customer pain points, quantify market size (TAM/SAM), analyze competitive dynamics, and synthesize regional regulatory standards.
  • Roadmapping & Innovation: Define 3–5 year strategic product roadmaps, drive front-end discovery, and evaluate buy vs. build vs. partner opportunities.
  • Requirements & Design Validation: Author precise MRDs and PRDs using detailed personas, workflows, and real-world use cases to guide engineering and testing.
  • Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Oversee multi-generational product lines, maintain P&L accountability, and drive growth through legacy migrations and upgrades.
  • Business Planning & Pricing: Build capital expenditure business cases, establish global value-based pricing structures, and track overarching business KPIs.
  • Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy: Develop GTM launch playbooks, build overarching value propositions, and author high-impact sales tools like battlecards and ROI calculators.
  • Operations & Demand Planning: Partner with supply chain teams to build master demand forecasts, mitigate component obsolescence, and manage dual-sourcing.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Maintain executive alignment and drive communication across global leadership, regional business units, and engineering teams.
