Field Service Technician

Brandt is currently searching for Field Service Technicians to join our Ballarat Service Team. As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers across your assigned territory, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.

• Travelling to customer sites to diagnose, service, and repair equipment.
• Perform service and repairs on a variety of John Deere Ag & Construction, Kuhn, Kramer and other farming machinery to a high standard.
• Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions
• Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology
• Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
• Participating in ongoing product and technical training

• Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience repairing heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or diesel engines
• Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safe work practices
