Sales Trainee

Brandt has the exciting opportunity for a Sales Trainee to join our Bordertown Branch, as we enter an exciting growth phase in our business.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, organised, and eager to learn. Working alongside experienced Territory Managers, you'll gain hands-on exposure to equipment sales, customer relationships, and dealership operations while building the skills needed for future career growth.

As a Sales Trainee, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department while developing your knowledge of equipment, customers, and the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with new and used equipment inventory management

• Supporting sales administration and inventory-related activities

• Working closely with the Parts and Service Departments to support sales operations

• Assisting with yard organisation and equipment presentation

• Providing administrative support to Territory Managers and Branch Management

• Preparing preliminary equipment costings and sales documentation

• Assisting customers and supporting dealership enquiries

• Contributing to the overall success of the sales team

• A positive attitude and strong desire to build a career in sales

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Previous experience in agriculture, construction, automotive, retail, customer service, or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
