Service Technician - Construction and Forestry Equipment

We're looking for a Service Technician to join our Mount Gambier team. Whether you're an experienced technician or a qualified apprentice ready to take the next step, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a global industry leader.

• Efficiently and effectively evaluate the working condition of, diagnose, assemble/disassemble, order parts for, and repair equipment.
• Use secondary materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use related instruments, hand power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.
• Accurately and completely document on work orders all machine information, actions taken, and time taken.
• Continually assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely, and to accepted standards.
• Use computer applications and information systems to document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis.
• Use parts catalogues to locate parts, and order parts from parts personnel.
• Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required.

• Mechanical Trade qualification.
• Ability to diagnose faults and failures through modern diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to perform repairs and reconditioning of vehicle and machinery systems.
• Be well organised and able to complete paperwork in a competent manner.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Excellent communication and customer service
