About the Role
~1 min readAs a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Operate within our service region, based out of Pukekohe
- Perform unsupervised field and workshop work while adhering to all safety procedures and company standards
- Service and repair a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment
- Conduct inspections and provide repair recommendations
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to a high standard
- Participate in ongoing training and development

- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and compliant manner
- Identify hazards and actively contribute to a safe working environment
- Maintain equipment and tools to a high safety standard
- Take responsibility for your own safety and that of others on-site
- Mechanical Trade qualification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using modern techniques
- Experience repairing and reconditioning machinery systems
- Well-organised with accurate paperwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience working on John Deere equipment would be a strong advantage
- Above award wages plus tool allowance
- New fully equipped and maintained Ford Ranger
