Responsibilities
~1 min readWe are looking to add a Financial analyst to our growing Finance team. This is a key hire for our organization as we continue to scale our FP&A function. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities:
- →Own the Marketing budget, forecast, and long-range planning process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- →Develop and maintain Marketing spend forecasts, incorporating pipeline plans, campaign timing, and expected ROI
- →Partner with Marketing leadership to model scenarios related to spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs
- →Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into Marketing investment needs
- →Act as the primary FP&A business partner to Marketing leadership, including VPs and Directors
- →Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- →Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on Marketing strategies and initiatives
- →Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities related to Marketing execution and spend
- 3+ years of experience in a financial reporting function
- Undergrad degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Possess advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Understanding of SaaS accounting/finance is a plus
- Ability to be flexible and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
