Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
This role will involve working as a team of electricians working on a number of industrial and water industry programmes of work. Work will be completed in and around the South West London and Surrey / surrounding regions for SES Water.

- To be responsible for completing electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Electrical Safety Rules and Essential Standards
- Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to
- Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project’s quality plan and inspection and test plans
- To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment and to be empowered to stop work should unsafe circumstances arise
- To coach and mentor Electrical Improvers and Apprentices
- Promote and demonstrate the Bridges’ values when dealing with peers, staff, customers and clients
- Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst their peers
- To act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company’s positive reputation
- ECS gold card (essential)
- Experience within water / construction industry
- Industrial and/or panel wiring experience (desirable)
- Able to manage own and others workload with minimal assistance from Project Managers in delivering safe profitable projects
- Appropriate City & Guilds trade Qualification
- Fitness to work medical
- Full UK driving licence
