Production Operator

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM), headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA), headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, operate collectively as a “Bridgestone West” strategic region. This region services the strategic business needs of teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. BSAM and BSEMEA are subsidiaries of Bridgestone Corporation, globally headquartered in Japan. Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.

• →Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment
• →Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
• →Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• →Maintain accurate daily production records
• →Other duties as assigned

Week 1: 7am – 7:30 pm, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)

Week 2: 7am – 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)

Week 1: 7pm – 7:30 am, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)

Week 2: 7pm – 7:30 am, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)

2 years of previous industrial/manufacturing/maintenance experience and 2 years of stable work history
