The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier performance. This role ensures product availability, cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery while minimizing risk and improving operational performance.
Responsibilities

- →Source and qualify suppliers.
- →Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
- →Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost).
- →Develop sourcing, tariff, and risk mitigation strategies.
- →Manage supplier audits and compliance requirements.
- →Implement inventory control policies and cycle count programs.
- →Oversee inbound and outbound logistics.
- →Manage freight costs and carrier relationships.
- →Ensure compliance with import/export regulations if applicable.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience.
- Experience with PDM/LCM and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience in electronics sourcing preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
- Knowledge of international trade and compliance.
