• Must be licensed under FSRA as a Mortgage Agent Level 1 in Ontario.
• Ability to work with residential mortgages.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and compliance with provincial regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Licensed as a Mortgage Agent Level 2 with FSRA in Ontario.
• Experience with complex mortgage deals, including commercial, private, or construction loans.
• A proven track record of mortgage transactions.
• Strong ability to manage risk and compliance in mortgage transactions.

• →Assess client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
• →Liaise with lenders to find the best deals for your clients.
• →Guide clients through the application process from pre-approval to closing.
• →Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and regulatory requirements.

• Valid FSRA Mortgage Agent License (Level 1 or Level 2).
• A passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership or investment goals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
