Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $116,000 – $130,000/year

Job Summary
We are hiring an SW Engineer II to join our Platform Engineering team in Atlanta. You'll build and improve cloud-based developer platforms, automation tools, and Kubernetes solutions while working with Go, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop platform engineering solutions using Go.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes tools, CRDs, and custom controllers.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and platform issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building Kubernetes CRDs and custom controllers.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and release automation.
• Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Comfortable working in Linux or macOS environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Platform engineering or developer productivity experience.
• GitOps, CLI tooling, or Bazel experience.
• Distributed systems and infrastructure automation experience.
• Open-source contributions are a plus.
