BAI is a residential service provider that supports individuals with developmental disabilities. At BAI, our Direct Support Staff strive to assist people to obtain their goals by promoting an atmosphere of progress and independence. Our desire is to create a satisfying work environment that enables employees to productively use their skills to help others. The Direct Support Staff position starts at $13.00/hr. We are hiring for part-time weekends in NW Las Vegas and Summerlin.
MISSION
Our mission is to create opportunities for people to achieve their highest level of life satisfaction. We are always looking for energetic, supportive Direct Support Staff interested in making a real difference in people’s lives.
