Enforcement Agent - North West London

£26,441–£28,460 Basic Salary

Opportunity to earn £40,000 – £65,000. Company Car + Fuel Card

With 50 years’ experience in Enforcement, at Bristow & Sutor we continue to develop and grow our business, working with many household names across a wide range of industries to support our clients and customers in Debt Resolution.

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses

• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries

• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire

• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations

• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records

• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in dealing with difficult and sensitive conversations

• Ability to remain calm, firm and fair

• You like working to targets and being paid for what you achieve

• Good time management, you can organise yourself and own your results

• You can talk to anyone, and you listen as much as you speak

• Treat people with respect and use sound judgement

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence
