Governance Research Analyst

• →Analyze global company filings and proxy statements to assess corporate governance and executive compensation practices
• →Interpret client policy mandates and apply them to upcoming shareholder meetings.
• →Contribute to data management and research projects supporting governance analyses.
• →Leverage analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends to make quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• →Collaborate with internal teams to prepare insights and recommendations for clients.
• →Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, public policy, sustainability or related field; and/or equivalent experience/industry qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in research, proxy voting, data analysis, or capital markets-related role (preferred)
• Being comfortable working with analytical tools and large data sets
• Familiarity with corporate governance practices in the Americas, willingness, and ability to deepen this knowledge quickly through training.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
• Proficient with Excel and experience working with databases
