International Payroll Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across EMEA and APAC, covering multiple countries and legal entities. This is a critical regional leadership role, combining operational accountability for accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery with a major payroll transformation agenda over the first two years.

The Payroll Lead will ensure strong governance across regional and locally managed payrolls, lead and develop the payroll team and partner closely with HR, Finance, Global Mobility, HRIS, local payroll contacts and external providers.

In a complex and growing environment, your leadership will have a visible impact from supporting new acquisitions and to creating a more consistent, scalable and well-governed payroll model. You will lead a talented international payroll team, build strong partnerships across HR, Finance and Technology, and drive a significant transformation that improves how payroll is delivered across the region.
