As a senior leader of the Wealth Product Management COE, you will lead the innovative Advisor, Investor and Intelligent Insights strategic roadmaps including our data analytics and insights capability to ensure Broadridge wealth provides next gen digital capabilities to our clients. This role will be responsible for creating and executing the digital strategy and overall product roadmap in support of our next generation wealth platform leveraging best practices. Providing insight and leadership focusing on future growth opportunities including M&A, partnerships and driving new innovations will drive strategic wealth opportunities. As the product management owner, you will be responsible for creating, influencing, aligning, and driving strategic product strategies and solutions in collaboration with our business and best in class vendor partners for the advisor, investor, and data insight solutions. The digital engagement leader role will include market and competitive analysis, understanding industry trends, innovative solutions and technology which will drive the long-term roadmap to ensure we are an industry leader in advisor, investor, and data insight solutions. Integrating and leveraging all Broadridge wealth solutions, technologies and partnerships creating a best-in-class next generation wealth workstation will be a key focus. The workstation framework will be a key tool to distribute capabilities which enable Wealth advisors to grow their business, optimize productivity, collaborate, and engage with their clients and prospects while leveraging investments in technology, innovation and transforming operations. Collaborating with your internal business, finance, development, technology, and third-party partners will drive the successful launch and continuous evolution of the wealth platform.
Over the past few years Broadridge has enjoyed revenue growth across products and geographies with a renewed focus on our Wealth Management Solution and we are looking to accelerate this growth and modernize /transform our products procedures and organization.
Responsibilities
~3 min read- →A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Wealth Management industry in a leadership role
- →Specific experience in digital advisor widgets, customer self service capabilities, trading solutions, strategy, finance (business case creation & pricing models) and product management (focused on product lifecycle management);
- →Innovative approach to next generation wealth management
- →UI/UX experience to create a unified user experience
- →Bachelor’s degree
- →Knowledge of financial services, securities processing, wealth management industry is preferred
- →Strong leadership skills in product management, best-of-breed wealth solutions, technologies and digital best practices
- →Hands-on experience creating strategy, business cases, and product innovations related to product management
- →Strong product management experience in data and system integration from a business and technical perspective in support of our wealth strategy
- →Experience and aptitude presenting strategies and solutions to senior executives, technology partners, and key stakeholders
- →Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
- →Outstanding ability to think creatively and innovatively
- →Motivated self-starter who can collaborate
- →Team player with solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver effective oral and written communications
- →Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- →Experience working in a global, cross-functional team is a plus
Salary range $330,000.00- $350,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
