Senior Maintenance Planner

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner / SAP CMMS Specialist to support industrial maintenance operations at client facilities. This individual will play a key role in optimizing maintenance planning and scheduling processes, supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), and improving the overall effectiveness of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with hands-on experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, SAP implementation and support, work order management, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance process improvement.

• →Provide SAP PM and CMMS support to industrial maintenance operations and client facilities.
• →Develop, implement, and improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• →Support the creation, management, and optimization of SAP work orders, notifications, task lists, and maintenance plans.
• →Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs, equipment records, and spare parts/material lists.
• →Coordinate with maintenance planners, schedulers, supervisors, and craft personnel to develop executable maintenance schedules.
• →Assist with weekly and daily work schedules, look-ahead reports, backlog management, and work prioritization.
• →Support SAP implementation, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• →Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work processes associated with CMMS utilization.
• →Work with purchasing and procurement teams to identify materials, research vendors, obtain pricing, and support purchasing activities.
• →Develop management reports, maintenance KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate maintenance effectiveness.
• →Assist with reliability initiatives, equipment maintenance strategies, and efforts to reduce reactive maintenance.
• →Work with site leadership and client representatives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance execution.
