Responsibilities

→Prospect & close new commercial accounts through cold calls, warm calls, referrals, and networking
→Cross-sell to current clients and uncover gaps in coverage
→Present coverage options and build custom insurance packages
→Represent a trusted, client-first independent agency
→Rely on a dedicated CSR team for service, renewals & back-office support

Requirements:

→3+ years B2B sales (2+ in insurance preferred)
→Active FL 2-20 License (or willing to obtain)
→Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages
→Goal-oriented, confident communicator, tech savvy (Epic/Applied experience a plus)
→Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally
