AI Program Manager

The AI Program Manager at Bryant & Stratton College will manage the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives to enhance student success and operational efficiencies. This role involves working with academic and operational leadership to evaluate where AI can make meaningful impacts and manage the successful integration of AI technologies across various departments of the College.  The role will be a member of the AI Steering committee and will take guidance from this committee.  The role will report to the CIO.

• →Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• →Experience: Proven experience in managing overall programs with a number of related individual projects. Experience with AI technologies is preferred.  Experience in Higher Education industry is preferred.
• →Skills: Excellent project management, research, strong leadership abilities, ability to learn BSC business processes, relationship building across levels of the organization and effective communication skills.

Position requires standing or sitting in a stationary position as well as the occasional need to lift, carry, push, and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.

Position also requires the use of computer technology/equipment.

Position requires the ability to receive information in person and over the telephone.

Position requires the ability to convey detailed and important instructions or ideas accurately.

This position requires a background check.

Starting Salary Range: $85,000 - 100,000 per year
