Technology, Project Manager

BTIG is seeking an experienced senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, oversee vendor and stakeholder coordination, and deliver executive-level reporting on project health and outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong project and stakeholder management skills with practical knowledge of production technology, including networking basics, infrastructure, and system environments.

• →Lead and deliver complex technology projects from planning through production.
• →Align business, technology, and vendor teams around priorities and decisions.
• →Oversee project scope, schedule, budgets, risk, reporting, and issue resolution.
• →Provide portfolio-level visibility with dashboards and executive summaries.
• →Use tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence for collaboration and reporting.
• →Manage vendor relationships, ensuring technology solutions align with business and technical standards.
• →Drive process improvement, reporting, and project documentation.

• 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale technology and operations projects in financial services.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of front, middle, and back-office financial operations and regulatory environments.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence, and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with mergers, integrations, or large-scale transformation is a plus.
