Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician

Tzu Chi TCM Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician to provide quality patient care while supporting our mission of serving the community through accessible healthcare. • →Provide professional TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and other approved TCM modalities.
• →Deliver patient-centred care with empathy, professionalism, and excellent bedside manners.
• →Ensure compliance with the TCMPB Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice Guidelines.
• →Conduct TCM health talks and patient education programmes when required.
• →Promote public awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and preventive healthcare.
• →Participate in community outreach programmes, health screenings, and healthcare initiatives.
• →Collaborate with physicians, staff, volunteers, and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives.
• →Travel between clinics and affiliated entities when required.
• →Support major events by providing on-site consultations and treatment services at medical stations.

• Registered TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore.
• Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Competent in acupuncture and general TCM clinical practice.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Good understanding of healthcare ethics, patient safety, clinical governance, and quality assurance principles.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
