Catcher Mfg Direct - Truss

Summary Removes and stacks trusses coming off the production line. Stacks trusses in bundles and bands them according to spans and lengths. Fast-paced environment while coordinating and working with others to complete truss packages for delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Removes bundled truss packages to carts or staging area.  Moves and stacks trusses to be in safe working locations where forklifts have access to move.  May gather small lumber pieces and save them in designated area for other uses. Moves carts from component saw area to lumber staging area. Works in conjunction with the jig leads and production foreman to ensure efficient production levels. Keeps area organized and clean. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
