Custodian General Admin

Summary Keeps office building and/or work area in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. Empties trash and garbage containers. Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Stocks snack and soda machines. Performs limited grounds maintenance. Replaces air conditioner filters. Assists in sanitation control and checks safety hazards. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.      Supervisory Responsibilities                                                       This job has no supervisory responsibilities.     Competencies                                                      To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :   Quality - Monitors own work to ensure quality.
