Position Summary The Installer is responsible for the professional installation of building materials and products in residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Installers work both independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards, building codes, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Install products such as insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, sinks, millwork, and other building materials. Measure, cut, and prepare materials to required specifications. Verify the accuracy, alignment, and trueness of structures and installations. Follow all applicable building codes, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain a strong commitment to job site safety by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, steel-toe boots, fall protection equipment, and other safety gear. Operate company vehicles as assigned to transport materials and equipment. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure successful project completion. Perform additional duties and support project needs as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous construction, installation, carpentry, or related experience is preferred but not required. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in the installation process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Dependable work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. Minimum Qualifications Less than high school education, or Up to one month of related experience or training, or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR). Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and use of hands and arms. Regular climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Routinely lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments. Ability to work at heights when necessary. Visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment Primarily works on residential and commercial construction job sites. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
