Now Hiring: Interior Door Picker Location: Caldwell, ID Millwork Build the foundation for great customer projects. As an Interior Door Picker, you play a key role in our manufacturing and production process by ensuring the right materials and door components are selected, organized, and delivered to the production team. Your attention to detail helps maintain workflow efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery for our customers. What You'll Do Accurately review pick lists and identify materials needed for production and assembly. Select, organize, and stage door components and materials for manufacturing teams. Transport materials between receiving, inventory, production, and assembly areas in a safe and efficient manner. Sort and place materials according to product specifications, size, style, and production requirements. Fulfill work orders and material requests to keep production moving smoothly. Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipping, staging, or further processing. Maintain organized inventory areas and ensure materials are readily available for production needs. Follow safety procedures and quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work closely with production, assembly, and shipping teams to support daily operations and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written instructions and pick lists. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Ability to lift, move, and handle building materials throughout the shift. Qualifications Up to one month of related experience or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, inventory, or production experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
