About the Role

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through
individualized ABA programs.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
• Deliver services in home, school, clinic, and community settings

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about helping children and families
• Patient, positive, and dependable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and clinical approaches
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Afternoon Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
