What You'll Be Doing

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to students in school settings
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Assist students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills
• Support student participation and success in classroom activities
• Collect data and document progress throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and clinical supervisors
• Promote positive behavior and independence across educational environments
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and adolescents
• Reliable professionals with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented candidates who are eager to learn and grow
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• ABA experience is a plus, but not required
• Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, Special Education, and related majors are encouraged to apply
