Responsibilities

- →Train and mentor installers on installation techniques, safety practices, and product knowledge.
- →Install replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and trim with a high level of craftsmanship.
- →Read and interpret installation instructions and project specifications.
- →Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- →Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- →Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and project records.
- →Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and jobsite performance.
- 7+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or residential construction experience.
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring others.
- Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and project documents.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation to our Williston location.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
