High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in carpentry (preferred). Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. A commitment to safety and professionalism (pass a pre-employment physical and drug test – marijuana excluded).
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Diagnose and repair window and door performance issues.
- →Inspect products and identify root causes of service concerns.
- →Replace components, hardware, weatherstripping, glass, and related materials as needed.
- →Perform adjustments and basic finish carpentry repairs.
- →Distinguish between product-related and installation-related issues.
- →Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair procedures.
- →Complete service documentation and jobsite photos accurately.
- →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- →Work closely with the Lead Service Technician and Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training preferred.
- 1+ years of window and door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, service, or a related trade.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
