Service Technician

• →Diagnose and repair window and door performance issues.
• →Inspect products and identify root causes of service concerns.
• →Replace components, hardware, weatherstripping, glass, and related materials as needed.
• →Perform adjustments and basic finish carpentry repairs.
• →Distinguish between product-related and installation-related issues.
• →Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair procedures.
• →Complete service documentation and jobsite photos accurately.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• →Work closely with the Lead Service Technician and Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training preferred.
• 1+ years of window and door installation, carpentry, remodeling, construction, service, or a related trade.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
