Based at our South Australia Business Unit in Adelaide, as the Digital & Quality Lead you will be at the intersection of quality assurance and future-focused digital engineering. In your role you’ll be responsible for ensuring that quality management processes and procedures are embedded across all our team’s digital design and engineering systems and outputs: helping to bring ideas to life and turning the virtual into reality.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring digital design and engineering deliverables meet relevant industry standards, project requirements and best practice
• Develop, implement and audit quality assurance processes and controls across BIM, CAD, 3D modelling and digital documentation, including non-conformance and corrective action management
• Lead the regional digital strategy and roadmap translating national priorities into state-based initiatives that improve project delivery and align with the broader enterprise strategy
• Lead, mentor and develop digital systems and capability across the business driving consistent application, adoption and continuous improvement
• Establish and oversee digital design standards, workflows and quality control checkpoints to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance throughout the design lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing QA/QMS processes and procedures within construction, engineering, or a related technical environment
• Specialist knowledge of digital design and engineering workflows (e.g. BIM, CAD, digital documentation platforms)
• Strong understanding of relevant quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19650, or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
