• →Performance Analysis - Analyze campaign performance across channels to spot growth opportunities and boost efficiency through continuous learning and experimentation
• →Marketing Experimentation - Design and run experiments like Geo-lift tests to prove media spend value, taking ownership of results
• →Strategic Deep Dives - Lead ad-hoc analysis on issues like ROAS shifts or tracking gaps—working independently with full accountability for outcomes
• →KPI Excellence - Build and refine daily/weekly dashboards that deliver meaningful insights, not just data
• →Collaborative Impact - Partner with stakeholders in our flat hierarchy: turn their questions into analysis, then insights into strategies that create real-world results

• Marketing Expertise - Strong grasp of performance marketing: CPA, ROAS, LTV, attribution in high-pace environments
• Technical Skills - Hands-on with tracking tools like Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, or Snowplow; solid SQL for querying and data work
