About the Role

Be responsible for our customer management and quoting systems
Generate future sales leads and maintain relationships within your local area and local organisations
Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team that makes a difference in the community and has fun along the way
If you’re passionate about customer service and driven to advance your career, this role is for you. It offers pathways into other areas such as Quoting, Account Management, Business Development, and more. You will have an interest in trade products and an understanding of how to drive sales within a retail environment. Experience in the industry is always a plus, however we will make the most of your transferable skills and give you the tools you'll need to succeed.
Previous experience in a customer service and administrative based role is desirable
Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs
To be detail oriented with a professional approach
Confidence to reach out to, connect with, and communicate with customers
Genuine interest in trade products and an eagerness to learn more about products and services
To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
